En muchas jurisdicciones, los publicistas son considerados estrictamente responsables de las declaraciones falsas hechos. Esto puede parecer que se sale del enfoque moral ordinario discurso, según el cual individuos describen sus activida-des —la comida prepararon anoche o la habitación para invita-dos—, sólo tienen ser sinceros y cuidadosos con lo dicen; si esfuerzan en hacer cosas bien, moralmente están libres culpa equivocan. pudiera dar pie a pensara responsabilidad objetiva por publicidad falsa constituye una des-viación moralidad ordinaria un contexto especial justifica estándar distinto norma. este caso, sostengo, más deudas comerciales suelen asumir forma conocida acción verbal, concreto garantías, pretendo demostrar interlocutores ya veraci-dad, independientemente error. Por esa razón, sostengo objeti-va no es justificable, sino natural e inevitable.
